Overview
The LX1FL100 is a Schneider TeSys F contactor coil, order code LX1FL100, rated for 100 V AC at 50/60 Hz. It is designed for use with TeSys F LC1F contactors and comes without a built-in suppressor module, in a PCE package.
Function & operation
This coil provides the magnetic flux to close the main poles of a TeSys F LC1F contactor when 100 V AC is applied to its terminals. The 50/60 Hz rating means it operates on either supply frequency without modification, a convenience for panels that may see both 50 Hz and 60 Hz feeds. The absence of a built-in suppressor module means the installer must add an external RC snubber or varistor across the coil if inductive-load switching demands it — a common practice in panels where the coil is driven by a PLC output or relay.
