160 V AC control voltage is the coil's pick-up and hold rating — not the contactor's main power side. If your panel runs 120 V control circuits, this coil won't pull in reliably; you need the 120 V variant in the LX1F family. The 50/60 Hz rating means it works on either line frequency, so no worry about swapping between 50 Hz and 60 Hz plants. No built-in suppressor means you've got to manage the flyback spike externally — a standard RC snubber across the coil terminals does it. Mechanical durability of 5 Mcycles is the rated life before the coil or its plunger mechanism wears out; at 1200 cycles an hour that's roughly 4000 hours of continuous cycling, which is plenty for intermittent-start applications but not for a high-speed pick-and-place machine running 24/7.
