Coil specs for the swap
The LX4FF030 is a replacement coil for TeSys FF-frame contactors, pulling 30 V DC control voltage. No built-in suppressor module, so you'll want a free-wheeling diode or RC snubber across the coil terminals if driving from a PLC output — the coil's inductive kick can couple noise back into the 24 V DC bus otherwise. Operating time sits at 30 to 40 ms closing, 30 to 50 ms opening — fast enough for most motor starts but not for high-speed jogging. Drop-out threshold is 0.15 to 0.2 Uc (around 4.5 to 6 V DC at 55 °C), so a marginal control supply won't cause nuisance dropouts. Coil resistance: 1.78 Ω inrush at 20 °C, 296.7 Ω holding. That inrush current is about 16.8 A peak at 30 V DC, so size your control transformer or DC supply for that surge — a 24 V DC supply with 5 A rating will brown out momentarily. Holding current settles to roughly 100 mA.
