The LX4FJ075 is a TeSys F replacement coil for DC-operated contactors, rated at 75 V DC control voltage and built for low-consumption DC control circuits. It has no built-in suppressor module, so you'll need to add a free-wheeling diode or RC snubber across the coil if the driving PLC card or relay doesn't already handle flyback suppression. Opening time runs 45–60 ms, closing time 50–60 ms — typical for a contactor this size. The holding resistance at 68 °F (20 °C) is 1321 ohms, with an inrush resistance of 5.05 ohms at the same temperature. That inrush-to-hold ratio is what the DC low-consumption design optimises for: high pull-in force without cooking the coil during continuous duty.
The coil is rated for a control voltage of 75 V DC. Drop-out happens between 0.2 and 0.35 Uc (15 to 26 V DC) at 131 °F (55 °C); the operational range is 0.85 to 1.1 Uc (63.75 to 82.5 V DC) at the same temperature. If your DC supply sags below 64 V under load — say, during a simultaneous pickup of multiple contactors on a shared power supply — the coil may not pull in reliably. And if it drops below about 26 V, the contactor drops out, which could drop a motor or a heater load unexpectedly. Ambient operating temperature is rated from 23 to 131 °F (-5 to 55 °C).
