It's a DC low-consumption type, meaning the hold-in power draw is significantly lower than the inrush — the holding resistance at 20 °C is 9334 Ω versus 37.1 Ω for the inrush coil, so once the contactor seals, the coil driver sees a fraction of the initial current. The operating time is 45...60 ms opening and 50...60 ms closing, which is typical for a contactor of this frame size and keeps the switching sequence predictable for interlocking logic. The coil ships without a built-in suppressor module, so you'll need to add a flyback diode or RC snubber across the coil terminals if the DC control circuit drives it from a PLC output or relay — the inductive kick from a 200 V DC coil can damage solid-state outputs or cause noise issues on a shared 24 V DC backplane if left unsuppressed.

Rated control circuit voltage is 200 V DC. The operational voltage limits are 0.85...1.1 Uc at 131 °F (55 °C), so the coil reliably picks up between 170 V DC and 220 V DC. Drop-out occurs at 0.2...0.35 Uc at 131 °F (55 °C), meaning the contactor drops out between 40 V DC and 70 V DC — wide enough to ride through minor sags but drops cleanly on a controlled shutdown. Ambient temperature range for operation is 23...131 °F (-5...55 °C), which covers most indoor control panel environments.
