The LX9FL911: The coil draws 48 W hold-in power at 68 °F (20 °C) and dissipates 22.8...27.8 W in continuous service. Operating time is 60 ms opening and 20 ms closing.
It ships as a single unit per package, so if you're stocking spares for a line with multiple TeSys F contactors, order the quantity you need — no bulk minimums implied. The coil uses AC 40...400 Hz or DC low-consumption control circuit technology, with no built-in suppressor module. That means you'll need to add an external flyback diode or RC snubber across the coil if your PLC output or relay driving it doesn't have one built in.
Mechanical and thermal limits
Rated for 5 Mcycles mechanical durability. Maximum operating rate is 1800 cycles per hour at 158 °F (70 °C). Ambient operating temperature range is 23...131 °F (-5...55 °C). The inrush power is 733 W at 68 °F (20 °C) — that's the initial pull-in surge, which drops to the 48 W hold-in once the contactor seals. Make sure your control transformer or DC supply can handle that momentary surge without voltage sag.
