Active production — BOM-fit for current designs
The LXM18PDU30M3X: This Easy Lexium 18 servo drive delivers 3 kW nominal power at 220-240 V three-phase with a switching frequency of 8 kHz, and the continuous output current is 19.6 A at that frequency.
Power stage and current capability
The drive supplies 19.6 A continuous at 8 kHz switching frequency, with a 3-second peak output of 56 A — the peak figure governs acceleration and deceleration transients, not steady-state thermal loading. Line current draw is 18.4 A at 125.8 % of nominal load under 220-240 V three-phase supply; the supply voltage limits span 170-255 V three-phase, accommodating typical industrial grid variations. The unit ships without an integrated EMC filter — plan an external filter at the cabinet level to meet conducted emission limits for the installation.
Controls integration and I/O
Communication interfaces include Modbus, integrated digital I/O, analog I/O, PTI (pulse train input), and PTO (pulse train output) — this covers basic point-to-point positioning and speed control without an extra fieldbus coupler. Two analog inputs are available for speed or torque reference signals; the Modbus port handles parameter read/write and basic motion commands from a PLC or HMI.
Mounting and environmental limits
The compact housing measures 208.0 mm wide, 191.8 mm deep, and 93.0 mm high — these dimensions fit a standard 200 mm-wide sub-panel bay with clearance for wiring ducts.
