Two digital inputs, two touch-probe inputs, and two digital outputs at 24 V DC give enough local I/O for limit switches, home sensors, and fault feedback without an additional I/O module.

IP20 protection means it's intended for clean, dry electrical enclosures — not for washdown or outdoor locations. Operating temperature range is 5 to 55 °C, with 5 to 85 % relative humidity non-condensing. Vibration resistance is 10 m/s² and shock resistance is 100 m/s² per IEC 60721-3-3, so it holds up on machines with moderate vibration like conveyors or packaging lines without additional damping mounts. Derate output current by 1 % per 100 m above 1000 m altitude — at a typical 2000 m installation, budget 10 % less continuous current than the 5 A rating.
