The 30 mA earth-leakage threshold provides personnel protection (30 mA is the standard for shock-risk circuits per IEC 60364). Breaking capacity of 6 kA Icn at 380–415 V AC (6 kA Icu per EN/IEC 60947-2) means it safely clears fault currents up to 6 kA without welding contacts or cascading upstream. That's adequate for most commercial and light-industrial distribution boards fed by a typical 400 V transformer under 630 kVA; for higher fault levels you'd step up to a 10 kA or 15 kA device in the same Acti9 family. The integrated earth-leakage block saves a DIN space compared to a separate MCB + RCCD combination — one 4-module-wide unit (72 mm, 8 × 9 mm pitches) instead of two. Clip-on mounting to standard DIN rail, tunnel terminals accepting up to 35 mm² rigid, and a toggle with ON/OFF/fault-trip local signalling make it a straightforward swap into an existing Acti9 board.
Mounts on standard DIN rail via clip-on, occupying 72 mm width (8 × 9 mm pitches) in a modular enclosure. Depth of 76 mm and height of 85 mm fit standard Acti9 distribution boards and most generic enclosures. IP20 on the body, IP40 within the modular enclosure — suitable for dry indoor panels, not washdown zones. Tunnel-type terminals top and bottom accept 1–35 mm² rigid or 1–25 mm² flexible, with a stripping length of 12 mm and tightening torque of 2 N·m. The 4-pole configuration protects all four poles (, L2, L3, N) with both overcurrent and earth-leakage monitoring — no need for a separate neutral protection module.
