The 13 A rating governs continuous load — size the downstream circuit for 13 A max, not the breaker's interrupt rating. The 2-pole configuration (switched and protected on both phase and neutral) is common for single-phase final subcircuits where neutral isolation is required. Tropicalisation class 2 and 95% RH at 55 °C mean it handles humid environments without derating — relevant for coastal or unconditioned plant rooms.
