The Schneider Electric MGN60630 is a C60H miniature circuit breaker from the Multi9 range, rated 32 A at 50 °C with a C-curve trip characteristic. Thermal-magnetic trip unit, Category A utilisation per EN/IEC 60947-2. The C-curve means magnetic tripping between 5 and 10 times In (here 8.5 x In ±20 %), so it handles moderate inrush from motor starters or lighting ballasts without nuisance trips.
Breaking capacity and service continuity
Rated ultimate breaking capacity (Icu) hits 30 kA at 240 V AC phase-to-phase, 15 kA at 415 V AC, and 10 kA at 440 V AC. On the DC side, 25 kA at 125 V DC. Service breaking capacity (Ics) is 50 % of Icu for AC voltages — 15 kA at 240 V, 7.5 kA at 415 V, 5 kA at 440 V — and 100 % at 125 V DC (25 kA). That means after clearing a fault at the Ics level, the breaker remains functional and can be reclosed without immediate replacement.
