DC-rated miniature circuit breaker for distribution panels
The MGN61822 is a Schneider Electric Multi9 C60H-DC miniature circuit breaker rated 50 A at 50 °C per EN/IEC 60947-2, with a B curve and magnetic tripping at 5.5 x In ±20 % DC. It is a 2-pole device (2P) designed for DC networks up to 500 V DC operational voltage. Breaking capacity reaches 20 kA Icu at 220 V DC and 250 V DC, 10 kA at 440 V DC, and 6 kA at 500 V DC — all conforming to EN/IEC 60947-2.
Snap-on mounting to DIN rail, occupying 4 modules of 9 mm pitch (36 mm width). The IP20 finger-safe front and IP40 modular enclosure suit enclosed distribution boards. Tunnel terminals accept 1 to 35 mm² rigid stranded (AWG 18 to AWG 2) or up to 25 mm² flexible with ferrule. Strip length is 14 mm; tightening torque 3.5 N.m. Up to three 4 mm² cables can share one terminal. Padlockable toggle provides ON/OFF indication and contact position indicator for isolation — the breaker is certified for isolation per EN/IEC 60947-2.
