Product details

The MGN61873 is a 1-pole DC miniature circuit breaker from the Schneider Electric Multi9 C60H-DC range, rated 50 A at 50 °C per EN/IEC 60947-2.

This breaker is built for DC networks only — the magnetic trip is calibrated at 12 x In ±20 % DC, and the breaking capacity is stated per pole: 20 kA Icu at 110 V DC, 10 kA at 220 V DC, and 6 kA at 250 V DC. Rated operational voltage goes up to 250 V DC, with an insulation voltage of 500 V DC.

Clip-on mounting on DIN rail, IP20 finger-safe terminals (IP40 in the modular enclosure). The tunnel-type terminals accept up to 35 mm² rigid stranded (AWG 2) or 25 mm² flexible, with a wire stripping length of 14 mm and a tightening torque of 3.5 N.m. It can take up to three cables per terminal. The toggle switch gives local ON/OFF indication, and the breaker is padlockable for lockout/tagout. Pollution degree 3 and tropicalisation class 2 (IEC 60068-2) mean it holds up in humid, dusty panel environments.
