Performance and torque profile across drive voltages
The MH31001P06A2200 is a three-phase servo motor rated for 1520 W continuous power with a nominal speed of 4000 rpm. Its continuous stall torque is 3.4 N.m across a 115-480 V three-phase supply, and peak stall torque reaches 10.8 N.m — useful for acceleration during short-duration moves. Nominal torque depends on the drive voltage and model: with an LXM52 or LXM62 drive, it delivers 3.3 N.m at 115 V three-phase, 3.2 N.m at 230 V single-phase, 3.0 N.m at 400 V three-phase, and 2.9 N.m at 480 V three-phase. The torque constant is 1.08 N.m/A at 120 °C copper temperature.
Encoder feedback and shaft configuration
Equipped with a single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder, this motor provides absolute position feedback on the first revolution — no homing sequence needed after power-up for applications within one turn. The smooth shaft (19 mm diameter, 40 mm length) accepts clamp-on couplings; there is no keyway and no second shaft end. Maximum mechanical speed is 6000 rpm, 50 % above the nominal 4000 rpm, giving headroom for overspeed during deceleration or field-weakening operation.
Environmental sealing and cooling
Cooling is by natural convection; no external fan or forced air is required at the rated duty.
Mounting and electrical connections
Mounts to an international standard flange with a 100 mm (3.9 in) square face, centring collar diameter 95 mm, and four 9 mm mounting holes on a standard bolt circle. The rotatable right-angled connectors allow the cable exit to be oriented in four directions — useful when routing cables in tight cabinet corners. Stator resistance is 4.12 Ohm and inductance 14.9 mH; the continuous stall current is 3.15 A, with a 3-second peak current of 11.2 A. These values help size the drive's current loop and thermal model.
