Peak stall torque hits 18 N.m across the 115-480 V range, which handles short-duration overloads like acceleration transients or cutting through a tough spot in the material. Brake and encoder — what the techs need to know

Holding brake rated at 5.5 N.m holding torque, pull-in power 12 W. That brake holds the load on a vertical axis when power is removed — the 12 W coil draw is low enough that a standard 24 VDC brake supply handles it without a separate power supply. Multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder gives absolute position over multiple shaft revolutions — no homing sequence needed after a power cycle.
