The MH31003P06A2200 carries a 100 mm flange (3.9 in) with four mounting holes on a 95 mm centring collar — the standard IEC frame size for this power class, so it bolts directly into existing machine bases without adapter plates. Smooth shaft, 19 mm diameter by 40 mm long — no keyway, no flat. The coupling or pulley clamps onto the shaft; the torque transfer relies on the clamping force, not a key. Radial force limits drop from 1050 N at 1000 rpm to 610 N at 5000 rpm, so belt-driven loads need a bearing check at top speed. No holding brake on this variant — the motor coasts to stop when power is removed. If the vertical axis or gravity load needs a parking brake, this isn't the build; look at the -B suffix in the MH3 family.
Torque and speed across the supply range
Rated continuous power is 3270 W, but the nominal torque depends on the drive supply voltage — 8.45 N.m at 115 V three-phase, dropping to 6.25 N.m at 480 V three-phase. The torque constant is 1.17 N.m/A at 120 °C copper temperature, so the actual torque you get is proportional to the current the drive can push. Peak stall torque is 27 N.m across the 115–480 V range — that's the short-term overload ceiling for acceleration or overcoming a jam. Continuous stall torque is 9 N.m at 7.69 A stall current, which sets the holding torque at rest. Nominal speed is listed per drive supply — 1000 rpm at 115 V single-phase up to 5000 rpm at 480 V three-phase. Feedback, cooling, and environmental sealing
Single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder — absolute position within one revolution, no need for a homing cycle on power-up. The resolver-equivalent analog sin/cos signals give high-resolution velocity feedback for the drive's current loop. Electrical connection uses rotatable right-angled connectors — the cable exit can be oriented in 90° increments around the motor housing, which helps when the motor is shoehorned into a tight machine frame.
