Motor sizing and torque delivery
The MH31401P17A2200 delivers 2.64 kW continuous power from a three-phase winding, with a nominal torque of 82.84 lbf.in (9.36 N.m) at 1000 rpm when paired with an LXM52 or LXM62 drive at 115 V three-phase input. Peak stall torque reaches 353.1 lbf.in (39.9 N.m) across the 115...480 V three-phase range, giving a 3.9× overload margin above the continuous stall torque of 91.2 lbf.in (10.3 N.m). Feedback, cooling, and environmental rating
The Multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides absolute position feedback over multiple shaft revolutions — the drive reads the full position on power-up without a homing sequence, which saves time on multi-axis machines. Cooling is by natural convection only — no fan or forced air required, so the motor runs silently and the IP65 rating is maintained across the entire housing.
