55 mm flange, 8000 rpm — supply-voltage-dependent output
The SH30552P11A1000 is a 55 mm flange-size servo motor from the SH3 family, with a 9 mm shaft diameter and parallel key. Frame length is 154.4 mm. Nominal speed and power depend on the supply: at 400 V three-phase it delivers 600 W at 8000 rpm; at 480 V three-phase, 670 W at 8000 rpm. On single-phase 230 V, output drops to 310 W at 4000 rpm. Continuous power is 530 W. Nominal torque ranges from 0.63 N·m at 400/480 V three-phase up to 0.77 N·m at 115 V single-phase. Continuous stall torque is 0.71 N·m across the 115–480 V range; peak stall torque reaches 2.5 N·m.
Encoder, sealing, and thermal limits
Feedback is an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder — no homing sequence needed on power-up for single-revolution applications. The encoder type is fixed; the drive must support the Hiperface protocol. IP rating is IP54 at the shaft bushing without the seal ring, or IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing when the seal ring is fitted. For washdown or dusty environments, specify the seal ring during integration. Maximum radial force at the shaft is 370 N at 1000 rpm, derating to 190 N at 8000 rpm. Axial force limit is 40 N. Stay within these bounds to avoid bearing overload at high speed. Stator resistance is 17.4 Ω; inductance is 53.54 mH. The torque constant is 0.59 N·m/A at 120 °C copper temperature. Maximum current (Irms) is 4.8 A, with a 3-second peak of the same value.
Active production, no brake, straight connector
This variant ships without a holding brake. If the vertical-axis load requires a brake, order the braked version of the SH3 frame. Electrical connection is a straight connector — no right-angle or cable-exit option. Plan cable routing clearance accordingly. Cooling is natural convection; no forced-air or liquid cooling required at the rated duty.
