Speed-torque curves that follow the supply
The SH30552P11A2100 delivers 6000 rpm at both 400 V three-phase and 480 V three-phase supplies, with nominal torque of 0.63 Nm at those voltages. On 115 V single-phase the motor tops out at 2000 rpm with 0.77 Nm; on 230 V single-phase it reaches 4000 rpm at 0.75 Nm. The continuous power rating is 530 W, but the nominal output power varies by supply: 160 W at 115 V single-phase, 310 W at 230 V single-phase, 600 W at 400 V three-phase, and 670 W at 480 V three-phase. This means the motor's usable torque and speed are supply-dependent — a 480 V three-phase line gives the highest power and speed, while a 115 V single-phase line limits both. The peak stall torque is 2.5 Nm across the 115–480 V three-phase range, and the continuous stall torque is 0.71 Nm over the same span.
Mounting and shaft fit
The motor uses an international standard flange with a 55 mm flange size and a 40 mm centring collar. The shaft is 9 mm diameter, 20 mm long, with a parallel key and a 3 mm key width. Mounting hole diameter is 5.5 mm, and the centring collar depth is 2 mm. The electrical connection is a rotatable right-angled connector — useful for tight cable routing in panels or machine frames. The motor is cooled by natural convection, so no external fan or forced air is needed, but the ambient temperature around the motor must stay within the copper hot limit of 130 °C.
