Active production — what that means for procurement
The SH30701P1AA3100: Sourced through authorized distribution channels against an RFQ.
Speed-torque envelope across supply voltages
Nominal speed depends on the supply: 3000 rpm on 230 V single phase, 6000 rpm on 400 V three phase, and 7200 rpm on 480 V three phase. Maximum mechanical speed is 8000 rpm, so the 480 V case runs close to the ceiling. Nominal torque also shifts with supply: 1.4 N.m at 230 V single phase, dropping to 1.1 N.m at both 400 V and 480 V three phase. The continuous power rating is 690 W at 400/480 V three phase; at 230 V single phase it's 370 W. Continuous stall current is 1.8 A; maximum RMS current is 5.7 A.
Encoder, feedback, and connection
Fitted with an absolute single-turn Hiperface DSL encoder — this is a digital serial-link feedback protocol that carries position and temperature data over a single cable pair, simplifying the motor cable assembly compared to resolver or incremental encoder wiring. Electrical connection is via a rotatable right-angled connector and a quicklock straight connector. The rotatable design helps in tight cabinet layouts where cable exit direction needs adjustment after mounting.
Mounting and environmental rating
Mounts on an international standard flange with a 70 mm flange size and 60 mm centring collar diameter. The centring collar depth is 2.5 mm; mounting holes are 5.5 mm diameter on the flange face. IP65 protection on both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5 — suitable for washdown environments and dusty factory floors. Cooling is by natural convection, so no external fan or coolant circuit is needed. Rated for 80 N maximum axial force and 730 N maximum radial force at 1000 rpm. The shaft is 11 mm diameter with a parallel key, 23 mm shaft length, and a 4 mm key width.
Electrical parameters and thermal limits
Stator resistance is 10.4 Ohm and stator inductance is 42.6 mH — these set the electrical time constant and influence the servo drive's tuning gains. Torque constant is 0.69 N.m/A at 120°C copper temperature; back EMF constant is 46 V/krpm at 20°C. Hot-spot copper temperature is rated at 130°C — the winding insulation class supports continuous operation at that temperature without accelerated aging.
