Speed and torque across supply voltages
The SH30702P01A1100: This three-phase motor delivers 6000 rpm at 400 V three-phase and 7200 rpm at 480 V three-phase, with nominal torque holding at 1.8 N.m for both 400 V and 480 V supplies. Nominal output power scales with voltage: 1190 W at 400 V three-phase, 1360 W at 480 V three-phase, making it a fit for 400 V or 480 V line-fed applications without a transformer.
Encoder and feedback for position loops
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder gives you position feedback on power-up without a homing move — the controller reads the absolute position from the encoder's single-turn count. The back-EMF constant is 48 V/krpm at 68 °F (20 °C), which sets the voltage ceiling at high speed — at 6000 rpm the back-EMF reaches 288 V, leaving headroom for the drive's bus voltage on a 400 V line.
IP65 rating and shaft configuration
The smooth shaft (no keyway) and 11 mm diameter with 23 mm shaft length mate to couplings or pulleys with a clamping hub — no keyseat to collect debris or cause imbalance at 8000 rpm.
Sizing and mounting dimensions
International standard flange with a 70 mm flange size and 60 mm centring collar diameter — the 2.5 mm centring collar depth registers the motor axially on the mounting face.
Thermal limits and stall ratings
Continuous stall torque is 2.04 N.m across the 115...480 V three-phase range, with a continuous stall current of 2.9 A — the motor can hold position at rated torque indefinitely without overheating under natural convection cooling. Peak stall torque reaches 7.6 N.m at 11.8 A (3-second peak), giving a 3.7× torque overload capability for acceleration transients — the stator resistance of 4.2 Ohm and inductance of 29.65 mH set the electrical time constant at about 7 ms.
