Power and torque across supply voltages
The SH30702P0AA4100: Rated continuous output power is 1130 W at 400 V or 480 V three-phase, dropping to 610 W on 230 V single-phase supply. Nominal torque follows the same pattern: 2.1 N.m at 230 V single phase, 1.8 N.m at 400 V or 480 V three phase. Peak stall torque reaches 7.6 N.m across the 115...480 V three-phase range — this is the short-duration overload ceiling for acceleration or emergency stops. Continuous stall torque is 2.04 N.m at 115...480 V three phase, with a continuous stall current of 2.9 A.
Speed range and encoder feedback
Nominal speed depends on the supply: 3000 rpm on 230 V single phase, 6000 rpm on 400 V three phase, and 7200 rpm on 480 V three phase. Feedback comes from an absolute single-turn Hiperface DSL encoder — no battery-backed multi-turn count, but the single-turn position is known at power-up without a homing move. The torque constant is 0.7 N.m/A at 120 °C copper temperature; the back EMF constant is 48 V/krpm at 20 °C.
Mechanical fit and environmental sealing
Mounts on an international standard flange with a 70 mm flange size and 60 mm centring collar diameter. The shaft is smooth, 11 mm diameter, 23 mm shaft length — no keyway, so the coupling must clamp directly. Overall body length is 187 mm (7.4 in). Maximum radial force at 1000 rpm is 990 N; maximum axial force is 160 N. IP65 rating applies to both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5 — suitable for washdown areas where hose spray hits the motor housing and the seal face. Cooling is by natural convection — no external fan or forced air required, but the thermal budget depends on the mounting surface and ambient air movement.
Electrical connections and winding data
The power and feedback connections use a straight connector plus a quick-lock rotatable right-angled connector — the rotatable connector helps route cables in tight cabinets. Stator resistance is 4.2 Ohm; stator inductance is 10.65 mH. Maximum RMS current is 11.8 A, with a 3-second peak output current also rated at 11.8 A. The motor has 3 pole pairs. Rated hot-spot copper temperature is 130 °C.
