Motor ratings and speed range across supply voltages
The SH30702P0BF3100 delivers 1130 W continuous power on three-phase 400 V or 480 V supply, and 610 W on 230 V single-phase. Nominal speed reaches 3000 rpm on 230 V single-phase, 6000 rpm on 400 V three-phase, and 7200 rpm on 480 V three-phase. Nominal torque is 2.1 N·m on 230 V single-phase and 1.8 N·m on 400 V or 480 V three-phase supply. The holding brake provides 3 N·m holding torque, sufficient for vertical-axis loads without a counterbalance. Peak stall torque reaches 7.6 N·m across the 115-480 V three-phase range, supporting rapid acceleration of high-inertia loads. Continuous stall torque is 2.04 N·m at the same voltage range.
Feedback and integration details
The absolute multiturn Hiperface DSL encoder provides position feedback over a single cable, reducing wiring complexity compared to separate encoder and power cables. This is a digital interface common on Schneider Lexium drives. Motor flange size is 70 mm with an international standard flange pattern and a 60 mm centring collar. The smooth shaft measures 11 mm diameter by 23 mm length. The straight quicklock connector simplifies field wiring — no special tooling needed for the power and feedback connections. Natural convection cooling means no external fan or compressed air is required.
Electrical parameters and thermal limits
Stator resistance is 4.2 Ω and inductance is 21.3 mH, which sets the electrical time constant for current-loop tuning on the drive. Maximum continuous stall current is 2.9 A, with peak current up to 11.8 A Irms. Torque constant is 0.7 N·m/A at 120 °C copper temperature, and back EMF constant is 48 V/krpm at 20 °C. These values are needed for velocity-loop gain calculations and for sizing the DC bus voltage headroom. Maximum radial force is 1050 N at 1000 rpm, and maximum axial force is 160 N — these bearing load limits must be respected when coupling to belts or direct-drive loads.
No minimum order quantity is stated; single-unit orders are possible.
