Motor ratings and voltage-dependent performance
The SH30703P0BA3000 is a three-phase servo motor from the SH3 family, delivering 1330 W continuous power at 400 V or 480 V three-phase supply. On 230 V single-phase, nominal output drops to 830 W. Nominal torque is 2.8 N.m at 230 V single-phase, and 2.1 N.m at 400 V or 480 V three-phase. Peak stall torque reaches 11.3 N.m across the 115...480 V three-phase range, with a continuous stall torque of 2.94 N.m. Nominal speed varies with supply: 3000 rpm on 230 V single-phase, 6000 rpm on 400 V three-phase, and 7200 rpm on 480 V three-phase. Maximum mechanical speed is 8000 rpm.
Encoder, feedback, and electrical connections
Fitted with an absolute multiturn Hiperface DSL encoder — a digital serial interface that carries position and temperature data over a single pair, reducing cable count compared to incremental encoder systems. Electrical connection options include a rotatable right-angled connector and a quicklock straight connector, giving flexibility for tight cable routing in the cabinet or on the machine frame. Back EMF constant is 49 V/krpm at 68 °F (20 °C), and the torque constant is 0.72 N.m/A at 248 °F (120 °C) copper temperature. Stator resistance is 2.7 Ohm with 14.6 mH inductance.
Mounting, shaft, and environmental protection
Mounts via an international standard flange, 2.8 in (70 mm) flange size with a 2.4 in (60 mm) centring collar and 0.10 in (2.5 mm) centring collar depth. Four mounting holes at 0.2 in (5.5 mm) diameter. Smooth shaft, 0.6 in (14 mm) diameter, 1.2 in (30 mm) shaft length. No holding brake — this variant is for applications where the load holds position without a brake, or an external brake is used. IP65 protection on the motor body per IEC 60034-5, with IP54 at the shaft bushing when the shaft seal ring is omitted. Natural convection cooling — no external fan or coolant required.
Sourcing and lifecycle — current production, quoted to order
