1500 W servo with voltage-dependent torque curve
The SH31003M11A2200 is a 1500 W continuous-power servo motor from the Schneider Electric SH3 family, delivering 8 N.m continuous stall torque across a 115–480 V three-phase supply range. The nominal speed shifts with the input: 500 rpm at 115 V single phase, 2000 rpm at 400 V three phase, and 2400 rpm at 480 V three phase — so the same motor frame covers both 400 V and 480 V line voltages without a winding change. Rated phase is three-phase. The motor is built on a 100 mm flange with a 19 mm parallel-key shaft, and the 240.5 mm overall length fits standard SH3 frame envelopes. No holding brake is fitted — for vertical-axis applications where the load must hold position at power-off, a separate brake or external holding circuit is required.
Absolute Hiperface feedback and IP65 sealing
The encoder is an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface type — this gives position feedback at power-up without a homing cycle, which matters on multi-axis lines where a lost-home event after a power cycle costs production time. The motor body carries IP65 protection, the shaft bushing is IP65, and the housing is IP67, so the unit survives washdown and wet environments common in food-and-bev and packaging lines.
