Power and torque across the supply range
The SH31003P02A2200: This SH3 frame delivers 2400 W continuous power, but the nominal torque and speed shift with the supply voltage — a single motor covers 115 V single-phase through 480 V three-phase installations. At 480 V three-phase you get 5.1 N.m at 4800 rpm; drop to 115 V single-phase and it's 7.5 N.m at 1000 rpm. The continuous stall torque holds at 8 N.m regardless of supply, so the holding torque at zero speed is consistent.
Encoder and feedback — what the drive needs to see
Absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder — that's a sine-cosine interface with Hiperface protocol, common on Schneider Lexium drives. The drive's feedback card must support Hiperface; a standard incremental encoder input won't read it. Back EMF constant is 77 V/krpm at 20 °C, and torque constant is 1.22 N.m/A at 120 °C hot copper. These two numbers set the drive's current loop gain and the bus voltage headroom needed to reach rated speed under load.
Mounting and environmental sealing
International standard flange, 100 mm square, with a 95 mm centring collar and 9 mm mounting holes. Smooth shaft, 19 mm diameter, 40 mm length — no keyway, so the coupling must clamp or use a set-screw hub. IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing, IP67 on the housing — that's dust-tight and protected against hose-directed water. The rotatable right-angled connector lets you route the cable in tight enclosures without a right-angle adapter.
