Speed and torque across the supply range
The SH31004P11A1200: This motor delivers 750 rpm on 115 V single-phase, 1500 rpm on 230 V single-phase, 3000 rpm on 400 V three-phase, and 3600 rpm on 480 V three-phase — the speed is supply-dependent, so match the drive input to your line voltage for the target base speed. Nominal torque follows the same pattern: 9.9 N·m at 115 V single-phase, dropping to 6.9 N·m at 480 V three-phase. The 2.5 kW continuous power rating is the sizing anchor — the torque-speed envelope is bounded by the thermal limit of the natural-convection cooling.
Encoder feedback and mechanical interface
The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a homing cycle on power-up — the drive reads the absolute position within one revolution. This cuts cycle time on machines that power-cycle between batches. Shaft diameter is 24 mm with a parallel key and 50 mm shaft length. The 100 mm flange and 95 mm centring collar match the standard IEC mounting pattern — no adapter plate needed for most servo gearboxes or linear actuators.
IP protection and environmental sealing
IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing, IP67 on the housing per IEC 60034-5. The housing seal lets the motor survive washdown — the shaft bushing is the wet-end limit; a shaft seal kit extends life in direct spray zones.
