The SH31401M11F1000: This SH3 servo motor delivers 1.7 kW continuous power with natural convection cooling — no external fan needed, so the motor profile stays clean for tight-axis mounting on a gantry or rotary table. The holding brake holds 23 N.m (203.6 lbf.in) — enough to lock a vertical load on a Z-axis when the drive is disabled, without a separate mechanical brake resistor. Rated speed shifts with supply voltage: 1500 rpm at 400 V three-phase, 1800 rpm at 480 V three-phase, and derated to 750 rpm at 230 V single-phase or 375 rpm at 115 V single-phase.
