The back EMF constant is 101 V/krpm at 20 °C, which determines the maximum achievable speed at a given DC bus voltage. Cooling is by natural convection — no external fan or forced air required. The motor relies on its own surface area and the machine frame for heat dissipation; mounting on a thermally conductive surface (steel or aluminium machine base) improves the continuous torque capability in high-duty-cycle applications.
