Torque and speed across supply voltages
The SH31403P01F2100 delivers 24.7 N.m nominal torque at 115 V single-phase, 21.2 N.m at 230 V single-phase, 12.9 N.m at 400 V three-phase, and 9.1 N.m at 480 V three-phase. Nominal speed shifts with the supply: 750 rpm at 115 V single-phase, 1500 rpm at 230 V single-phase, 3000 rpm at 400 V three-phase, and 3600 rpm at 480 V three-phase. Continuous power is 4100 W across the operating envelope, with peak stall torque reaching 90.2 N.m across the 115...480 V three-phase range. The holding brake delivers 36 N.m static holding torque, enough to keep the vertical axis parked without power.
Encoder and feedback loop fit
Absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder — this is a position feedback standard for Schneider Lexium drives. The single-turn resolution covers one mechanical revolution; for multi-turn applications the drive tracks the turn count. The SinCos analog tracks give sub-micron position interpolation at the drive input. Back-EMF constant is 105 V/krpm at 20 °C, and the torque constant is 1.58 N.m/A at 120 °C hot copper. These match the drive's current-loop gain range for the SH3 frame size.
Mounting and enclosure integration
International standard flange, 140 mm (5.5 in) flange size, with a 130 mm centring collar and 3.5 mm centring collar depth. The motor body is IP65 per IEC 60034-5, including the shaft bushing — rated for washdown environments. The rotatable right-angled connector lets the cable exit orientation be set in the field without opening the motor housing. Smooth shaft, 24 mm diameter, 50 mm shaft length. Maximum radial force at the shaft nose is 2420 N at 1000 rpm, 1920 N at 2000 rpm, 1670 N at 3000 rpm. Maximum axial force is 300 N.
