Speed-torque curve versus supply voltage
The SH31403P02A1200: Nominal speed climbs with the supply: 750 rpm on 115 V single-phase, 1500 rpm on 230 V single-phase, 3000 rpm on 400 V three-phase, and 3600 rpm on 480 V three-phase. Nominal torque follows the same split: 218.6 lbf·in (24.7 N·m) on 115 V single-phase, then 187.6 lbf·in (21.2 N·m) on 230 V single-phase, then 114.2 lbf·in (12.9 N·m) on 400 V three-phase, and 80.5 lbf·in (9.1 N·m) on 480 V three-phase. The torque constant is 1.58 N·m/A at 120 °C copper temperature, so the drive's current limit directly sets the available torque.
Sealing and environmental fit
IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing, IP67 on the housing — both conforming to IEC 60034-5. That means the motor survives washdown sprays and temporary immersion at the shaft seal, which matters for food, beverage, or pharmaceutical lines where hose-down cleaning is routine.
Feedback and electrical connections
Absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback without a home cycle after power loss — the multiturn count is retained. The electrical connection uses a straight connector, and the shaft end is smooth (no keyway), so the load coupling must use a clamping or friction fit.
