Speed and torque across supply voltages
The SH31403P02F1200: This motor delivers 3000 rpm at 400 V three-phase and 3600 rpm at 480 V three-phase, with nominal torque dropping from 12.9 N.m at 400 V to 9.1 N.m at 480 V — the torque constant is 1.58 N.m/A at 120 °C copper temperature. On single-phase supplies, speed is limited to 750 rpm at 115 V or 1500 rpm at 230 V, with correspondingly higher torque output.
Brake and feedback for vertical-axis duty
The holding brake delivers 36 N.m (318.6 lbf.in) — enough to hold a vertical load without power to the motor windings. The absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder provides position feedback on power-up without a homing cycle, which matters for applications where the machine must resume from the last commanded position after a power loss.
Environmental sealing and mechanical interface
IP65 on the motor body and shaft bushing, IP67 on the housing per IEC 60034-5 — the shaft seal and housing O-ring handle washdown without secondary shrouding. The 140 mm flange with 130 mm centring collar and 11 mm mounting holes bolts to standard international flange patterns. Smooth shaft (24 mm diameter, 50 mm length) means the load coupling uses a keyless clamp or shrink-fit hub.
