Speed-torque envelope across supply voltages
This SH3 servo motor delivers different performance depending on the supply: at 400 V three-phase, nominal speed is 3000 rpm with 12.9 Nm nominal torque and 4040 W continuous power; at 480 V three-phase, speed reaches 3600 rpm with 11.1 Nm and 4190 W. On single-phase supplies, the motor still runs but at reduced output: 750 rpm / 30.2 Nm / 2370 W at 115 V, and 1500 rpm / 26.3 Nm / 4130 W at 230 V. The continuous stall torque across all three-phase supplies is 33.4 Nm, and peak stall torque reaches 131.9 Nm.
Encoder feedback and environmental sealing
The motor carries an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder — this gives position feedback on power-up without a homing cycle, critical for applications where the machine must resume from the last known position after a power loss. IP65 protection applies to both the motor body and the shaft bushing per IEC 60034-5, so the unit handles washdown environments in food-and-beverage or packaging lines without additional shrouding.

The motor uses an international standard flange with a 140 mm (5.5 in) flange size, a 130 mm centring collar diameter, and four 11 mm mounting holes on the bolt circle. The shaft is 24 mm diameter with a 50 mm length, a parallel keyway (8 mm key width), and is rated for 2660 N radial force at 1000 rpm, derating to 1840 N at 3000 rpm. Maximum axial force is 300 N.

Stator resistance is 0.28 Ω and inductance is 2.035 mH — these values set the electrical time constant and inform the current-loop tuning in the servo drive.
