Schneider Electric SR2D101BD is a Zelio Logic compact smart relay running on 24 V DC. It brings 6 discrete inputs (IEC 61131-2 Type 1) and relay outputs, but notably carries no real-time clock — if your application needs time-stamping or scheduled events, you will need the external clock module or a different body. A program memory check runs on every power-up, catching corrupted logic early. Cycle time ranges from 6 to 90 ms depending on the ladder size (240 lines max).
I/O & output performance
Inputs are resistive type, 24 V DC nominal, 4 mA per point. The relay output response: 10 ms from off to on, 5 ms from on to off. Counting frequency hits 1 kHz on discrete inputs; operating rate at rated load is 0.1 Hz, no-load it can manage 10 Hz.
Power & environmental
Supply voltage limits 19.2…30 V DC; max supply current 100 mA without extension modules, dissipation 3 W. Reverse polarity protection is built in. Front panel is IP40, terminals IP20.
Compliance & standards
The SR2D101BD carries EMC conformity to IEC 61000-6-2, -6-3, -6-4 and IEC 61131-2 zone B, plus Low Voltage Directive. Immunity standards include IEC 61000-4-2 level 3 (ESD), IEC 61000-4-4 level 3 (burst), IEC 61000-4-5 (surge), IEC 61000-4-6 level 3 (conducted), IEC 61000-4-11 (dips), IEC 61000-4-12 (ring wave), and IEC 60068-2-27 shock / -2-6 vibration. Radiated and conducted emissions meet Class B EN 55022-11 group 1.
This is a current-production part — no end-of-life signals. Given the PLC-like programming and solid I/O count, it's a common spare for panel builders.
