Product details

The SR2PACK2BD is a Schneider Electric Zelio Logic compact discovery pack — a pre-assembled kit that skips the separate part hunt. It bundles the SR2B201BD smart relay with the SR2USB01 programming cable, so it lands on your bench ready to load logic out of the box. Supply voltage is 19.2–30 V DC (rated 24 V), drawing 100 mA max without expansion modules, dissipating 6 W. The 20 I/O split is 12 discrete inputs (24 V DC, 4 mA, Type 1 per IEC 61131-2) and 8 relay outputs.

No real-time clock (: Without) — this unit does not timestamp events or run time-of-day schedules. If your application logs alarms or cycles loads by the hour, you need a Zelio with RTC (SR2B201BD does not include one either, but the SR3 series does). Program memory is checked on every power-up, which means a corruption gets caught before the relay starts controlling loads. Backup time is 10 years at 25 °C, so your logic survives indefinite power-downs without battery replacement. Relay outputs are rated for mechanical durability of 10 million cycles. Their operating rate is 0.1 Hz at rated load (Ie) and 10 Hz unloaded — fine for contactor or valve control, not for fast pulse counting. Response time is 10 ms ON, 5 ms OFF. Counting frequency on discrete inputs reaches 1 kHz, suitable for encoder pulses at moderate speeds. The local display lets you monitor or tweak logic on the panel without a laptop.

IP20 on terminals, IP40 on front panel. Operating altitude up to 6561.68 ft (2000 m) without derating.

No last-time-buy or obsolescence notice is associated with this order code. There is no officially announced successor, but the natural evolution within the Zelio family is the SR3 series if you need a real-time clock or Ethernet connectivity. For a direct BOM drop-in today, the SR2PACK2BD is the current active kit.

Frequently asked questions

Does the SR2PACK2BD include a real-time clock?

No. The part is listed without a real-time clock. If your application requires time-based scheduling, look at the Zelio SR3 series which includes an RTC.

What comes in the kit?

The SR2PACK2BD includes the SR2B201BD smart relay and the SR2USB01 programming cable. No separate cable purchase needed.
