Fit and scheduling constraints
The SR3B101B is a Zelio Logic smart relay with a built-in real-time clock that holds schedule timing down to 6 s/month drift at 77°F (25°C) — tight enough for weekly time-based logic without external sync. The 10-year backup at the same temperature keeps the clock and program memory through extended power outages; no battery replacement hits the maintenance window. Cycle time runs 6…90 ms in ladder, fast enough for simple sequences and interlock loops on a process skid or small panel.
Installation integration notes
Rated supply is 24 V AC (20.4…28.8 V, 50/60 Hz). Power draw: 4 VA without extension modules, 7.5 VA with. Screw terminals accept 1 x 0.2…2.5 mm² solid or flexible with ferrule. IP40 front panel, IP20 on terminals. Isolation voltage 1780 V. 6 discrete inputs at 24 V AC, 4.4 mA each. Relay output mechanical durability 10 million cycles.
