Overview
The SSD1A320M7RC2 is a Schneider Harmony solid-state relay switching a single-phase load at 20 A continuous, with a 48...600 V AC output range and a 280 V control coil. It uses random voltage switching and comes as a complete product with plug-in screw terminals for both input and output. Rated dv/dt of 500 V/µs off-state at maximum rated voltage handles inductive load transients, and the relay withstands 50 gn shock for 11 ms (longitudinal) per IEC 60068-2-27, suiting railway and transport applications.
Selection and sizing
At 20 A switching current, the SSD1A320M7RC2 covers motor loads up to 2.24 kW at 480 V AC. For a 35 A load, step up to the SSD1A335M7RC3, which also uses pluggable spring terminals instead of screw terminals.
