The SSM1A130BD is a single-channel solid-state relay rated 30 A at 24–280 VAC with zero-cross switching, controlled by a 4–32 VDC input. Zero-cross turn-on means the relay switches at the AC voltage zero point, which minimizes inrush current and EMI — a good fit for resistive heater banks or lamp loads where soft start matters. The 30 A continuous rating at 280 VAC covers most single-phase loads up to about 8.4 kW; derate for ambient temperature above 40 °C per the thermal curve.
