Communication and sensor fit
The controller carries a CAN port, two RS485 ports supporting Modbus serial link or BACnet MS/TP, and an Ethernet port with Modbus TCP and BACnet/IP plus a web server. This eliminates the need for a separate gateway in most building automation topologies — a line-item TCO advantage when you map the supply chain across multiple projects. Analog inputs are configurable by pair for NTC thermistors (NK103 or 103AT-2), Pt1000, PTC, 0–10 V, 0–5 V, or 0–20 mA. That covers the sensor mix typical of HVAC OEMs — duct temperature, CO2, humidity, pressure — without external converters. Accuracy on the 4–20 mA path is ±1% of full scale ±1 digit; the NTC 103AT-2 curve holds ±1 °C from −50 to 110 °C.
Compliance documentation covers EN 60730-1, UL 60730-1, IEC 61000-4-x series, CSA E60730-2-9, and the Low Voltage and EMC directives. That slate simplifies market acceptance across North America and Europe without separate certification runs. Physical footprint: 110 x 72 x 60.5 mm (4.3 x 2.8 x 2.4 in), DIN-rail or panel-mount compatible. IP20, rated for ambient −20 to 60 °C, 5–95% RH non-condensing. The power supply accepts 24 V AC ±10% or 20–38 V DC, drawing 10 W max — consistent with cabinet-level power budgets.
