The TM258LD42DT4L is a Modicon M258 controller with 42 discrete I/O (10 fast inputs, 12 standard inputs, 4 regular inputs, 12 outputs, 4 fast outputs) and 4 analog inputs configurable for current (0–20 mA or 4–20 mA) or voltage (±10 V). The 8 counting inputs accept up to 200 kHz, making it suitable for encoder or high-speed pulse monitoring. Ethernet and CAN interfaces are built in, indicated by separate LEDs on the front panel. Power supply range is 20.4–28.8 V DC, consuming 14.14 W.
