8-Channel RTD Input Module

The Schneider TM2ARI8LRJ is an 8-channel analog input module for the Modicon M238 logic controller, now obsolete. Reads Pt100 probes from -200 to 600 °C and Pt1000 from -50 to 200 °C, both non-differential, with 12-bit resolution and a total error of 1 °C (Pt1000) or 4 °C (Pt100). Sampling takes 160 ms per channel; acquisition runs 320 ms per group plus one controller cycle.

Mounts on the M238 backplane; draws 90 mA from the 5 V DC rail. External supply needed: 19.2…30 V DC (rated 24 V DC). Dimensions: 70 mm deep, 39.1 mm wide, 90 mm high – fits standard 100 mm enclosure depth. Sits on DIN rail; power delivered through a removable screw terminal block.
