The Schneider TM2DDI16DK is a 16-point discrete input module for the Modicon M238 logic controller platform, accepting 24 VDC sink or source signals. Input response settles in 4 ms on either edge, and the 4.4 kOhm impedance limits current draw to roughly 5 mA per point at nominal voltage. All 16 inputs share one common, keeping the field wiring simple. Isolation between channels and internal logic is tested to 500 V for one minute. The module pulls 35 mA from the 5 V backplane when all inputs are at state 1.
