The TM2DDI16DT is the 16-point 24 V DC input expansion module for the Modicon M238 logic controller. It accepts both sink and source wiring — 7 mA per point through 3.4 kOhm input impedance — with a 4 ms response on both state transitions. The 500 V isolation between channels and logic keeps backplane transients out of the controller bus.

One removable screw terminal block handles all 16 inputs with a single common point. Operating range is 20.4...28.8 V DC. The module draws 40 mA from the 5 V backplane supply — standard headroom for the M238 bus. Dimensions: 84.6 mm deep, 23.5 mm wide, 90 mm high.
