Product details

Schneider's TM3DI8G is an 8-channel 24 V DC discrete input module for the Modicon TM3 I/O family. Each input accepts sink or source (positive/negative) logic, configurable per channel group. Rated as IEC 61131-2 Type 1, it guarantees a 0-state below 5 V and ≤1 mA, and a 1-state at ≥15 V with ≥2.5 mA. Maximum turn-on and turn-off time is 4 ms — fast enough for most discrete sensing on a medium-speed PLC scan.

Rated IP20 for finger-safe wiring. Operates 0…2000 m altitude, -10…55 °C (horizontal mount) or -10…35 °C (vertical). Input-to-bus isolation rated at 500 V AC. CE marked and designed to IEC 61131-2. MTBF of 410 years at 40 °C.
