Thermocouple coverage and accuracy

The TM3TI4DG is a 4-channel thermocouple input module for the Modicon TM3 platform, with 16-bit resolution and a 0.1°C LSB. It supports nine thermocouple types: J (–200 to 1000°C), K (–200 to 1300°C), R (0 to 1760°C), S (0 to 1760°C), B (300 to 1820°C), T (–200 to 400°C), N (–200 to 1300°C), E (–200 to 800°C), and C (0 to 2315°C). Conversion time for a single channel is 100 ms, plus 100 ms per active channel, plus one controller cycle—sufficient for ramp/soak profiles in glass melting or heat treating.

Mounting and environmental considerations

Mounts on TH35-15 or TH35-7.5 DIN rail per IEC 60715, or on a plate with the fixing kit. Width is 23.6 mm. The removable spring terminal block accepts 1.5 mm² wire, pitch 3.81 mm.
