High-speed counting slice for Modicon TM3 racks

The TM3XHSC202G is the 200 kHz high-speed counting module in the Modicon TM3 family — it handles single-phase and dual-phase counting, frequency and period measurement, and event counting with thresholds under 10 µs. With 18 discrete I/O (10 inputs, 8 source outputs), it's sized for medium-density encoder and pulse-train applications on a 24 V DC bus. The automatic reset means no manual intervention after a fault clears, which keeps the line running during commissioning.
