The VW3A9544 is a pre-equipped IP54 floor-standing enclosure kit purpose-built for creating a sealed drive cabinet around an ATV61 or ATV71 variable speed drive. It ships as a complete assembly — drive support, EMC plate, document holder, seals, a handle with push-button opening mechanism, an IP65 graphic display terminal remote mounting kit, lower and upper air ducts, a roof extension, a plinth, a 24 V DC 600 mA supplementary power supply, an air/air heat exchanger, and fixing accessories. The 24 V DC supply has two internal outputs: one additional supply and one drive supply, both in the 21...27 V range and drawing under 200 mA. That dual-supply arrangement powers the drive control card and any add-on modules from a single feed — handy when you're wiring a line-side cabinet and don't want to run a separate 24 V rail. Ambient temperature range is 0...45 °C outside the enclosure and 0...50 °C inside, so the heat exchanger and ducting are sized to keep the drive cool in a typical plant-floor environment. Cable entry is via the enclosure bottom or from the left — pick whichever suits your gland plate layout. Colour code is RAL 7022 plinth with RAL 7032 case, a standard industrial grey that blends into a panel line.
