The VW3A9546 is a pre-equipped IP54 floor-standing enclosure kit designed to create an IP54-rated enclosure for Schneider Altivar 61 and Altivar 71 variable speed drives. The kit includes seals, identification labels, a 24 V DC 600 mA supplementary power supply, fixing accessories, upper and lower air ducts, a plinth, a handle with push-button opening mechanism, a document holder, an air/air heat exchanger, a roof extension, an IP65 graphic display terminal remote mounting kit, a drive support, and an EMC plate. Cable entry is via the enclosure bottom or from the left, giving flexibility for panel layout. The ambient air temperature range is 0 to 45 °C outside the enclosure and 0 to 50 °C inside the enclosure.
Supply and integration details
The kit includes one internal additional 24 V DC supply and one internal drive supply rated 21 to 27 V DC, drawing less than 200 mA. This powers the enclosure's auxiliary circuits without an external power module. Colour code is RAL 7022 for the plinth and RAL 7032 for the case — matches standard Schneider enclosure aesthetics for panel lines.
