This accessory is destination-specific: it fits Altivar floor-standing enclosures with separate air flows or the compact version. If you're retrofitting an existing Altivar 61 Plus or 71 Plus cabinet, verify the enclosure variant matches — the separate-air-flow design has a dedicated duct path that this unit mates to. The air conditioning module mounts into the enclosure's prepared cutout; no field modification of the cabinet structure should be needed. Wiring is straightforward: the unit draws its supply from the drive's auxiliary power terminals, so factor the additional load into the control transformer sizing.
