The VW3AP0803 is a 200 mm plinth — the bottom spacer that lifts the Altivar Process ATV600 or ATV900 drive enclosure off the floor. It goes under the compact drive system cabinets sized for 355 to 500 kW drives, giving clearance for bottom cable entry and airflow. You cannot order this plinth alone. It is only sold in combination with a standard enclosure — it is a structural accessory, not a standalone part. That means if you are sourcing it for a line-down replacement, make sure the enclosure order is already in the BOM or you will get a 'cannot ship alone' block at order entry.
Lifecycle stage is listed as 'mature' — Schneider's label for an active, in-production part that is not new and not near end-of-life. No NRND flag, no phase-out notice exists.
Deployment context
This plinth is a sheet-metal spacer that bolts between the drive enclosure base and the floor or mounting pad. Typical installs are in walk-in drive cabinets or standalone IP54 enclosures on the plant floor. The 200 mm height is standard for routing power cables up into the drive busbars and keeping the bottom vents clear for natural convection cooling on those 355–500 kW frames.
What it is not
It is not a cable gland plate, not a floor stand, and not a plinth for smaller enclosures under 355 kW. Those use a different height or a different accessory code.
